The building’s design prioritizes energy efficiency through solutions such as a double-skin façade, selective windows, and solar protection systems. The main entrance, through a spacious hall, provides a smooth transition between family and social environments, serving as the first meeting and socialization point for the children. Thus, the project combines functionality and sustainability with a welcoming and stimulating space for children’s development.

The nursery project stands out for its linear structure, consisting of a longitudinal body serving as the entrance and service area, connected to two transversal wings where the educational activities take place. This layout creates a central open space, ideal for outdoor activities. The south façade, facing the street, is distinguished by varying heights that enhance natural lighting, with skylights highlighting the cafeteria and bringing light into the interior.
